It was an awesome experience to stay at this resort. Your resort deserves excellent feedback on all the parameters. But would like to mention about staff’s hospitality separately, All the staff members were too courteous and very pleasing to talk to. They are very well behaved and understanding. More than improvement we wish you all the best to maintain your excellent efforts.

Having just returned from a trip to India, I thought it only fair to review the places we stayed. Tiger's Den was excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great bathrooms. The library and spa were an added bonus, but what really made Tiger's Den special was the people. The manager, Gyanendra, was the most courteous, helpful and cheerful individual, throughout our stay, and was so helpful with everything we needed. Manish, who ran the dining room was an absolute treasure. He ensured that our food was hot, spicy and fantastically tasty throughout our stay. He also ensured that we were served copious amounts of food, and also that Linda always had tea available. Our gypsy driver, Sanjay, was fantastic. We were secure in the knowledge that his jeep handling was first rate, and he delivered us, at high-speed, to an encounter with the biggest male tiger I've ever seen. Overall, if anybody is visiting Bandhavgarh NP, I thoroughly recommend staying here. It's 5 minutes from the Tala gate, so very convenient for the park. Coming to Tigers Den in Bandhavgarh was like coming to heaven after some days in busy, noisy and polluted Agra and Jaipur. Here you have a wonderful garden, great bungalows and rooms with clean toilets and the nicest, soft beds, helpful staff and great food and an excellent pool area. Though we did safaris early morning and afternoon for three days in a row which was quite a busy schedule, the whole stay felt very relaxing and laidback. The booking on their website went through "Nature safaris" - kind of a travel agent I guess, where they were very helpful with transportation to and from Bandhavgarh as well as booking train tickets - not only for Madhya Pradesh but for all of India at a reasonable 200 rupiees extra per ticket. That way I could skip the hazzle of booking on Cleartrip.com

We chose Tiger's Den after having read all the favourable reviews here, and were delighted by our choice - they surpassed all high expectations the reviews had set. I stayed at Tiger's Den around Christmas with my family and we were all awed by the experience.
Nicely located, very close to the Tala gate, the property offers more comforts than one would expect in the jungle and is very well maintained. The rooms we stayed in (111, 112) were large, recently refurbsihed and modern. Bathrooms were sparkling clean and running hot water was a delight. The big lawn in the centre with hammocks were great for soaking in the sun. Library was well-stocked and a pleasant surprise for my 3 year old daughter who did not want to come out from there. Hotel also has a swimming pool and spa which we did not use.
Service standards were exceptionally high. All the staff were smiling and seemed like were always on the run to fulfill any requests from the guests. The owner, Mr. Gyanendra Tiwari was always at the property and is a very nice and soft-spoken person. Culture at the resorts flows top down from there. Food was homely, fresh and served piping hot at the table. We chose the American Plan option (F&B included) - there were sufficient choices for all, and the staff happily took off-menu requests. The word "No" does not exist in their vocabulary.
Hotel took care of all the safari arrangements including ticketing and arranging the jeeps. Prices are standard across the region. So, if you are going to Bandhavgarh, you can make your reservation at Tiger's Den and forget about all other planning. While you are there, they will take care of everything.
It seemed like they had thought about every possible need that guests might have and were genuinely interested in making guests comfortable in every way they could. Hot towels waiting on arrival from the safari is an example.
Mr. Tiwari saw us off at the gate when we were departing like a family member would do. Touched!

To go to a tiger reserve you are mentally prepared to put up with some discomfort. But the management of Tiger's Den resort in Bandhavgarh doesn't subscribe to that theory! They go out of their way to pamper you and cater to your every wish.
The surroundings of the beautiful cottages are lush and green. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is modern and spotless. Hot water gushes from the shower and is a welcome luxury in the freezing weather.
My husband and I were extremely impressed with the spectacular service levels. Everybody is genuinely interested in your comfort and the smiles from every employee in the resort make you feel very welcome. Hats off to Manager Gyanendra Tiwari who seems to have inculcated this culture of genuine and smiling service in the employees.
A special mention has to be made of F&B manager Manish who makes one feel like a favourite relative who has dropped in for a meal! The food is varied and delicious and chapatis are served piping hot. I also put in a request for a special dish and there it was, served with a beaming smile!
They have a swimming pool and a pretty spa with an excellent masseuse- didn't expect this luxury in the little village of Tala!
Returning from the safaris freezing, it is a touch of indulgence to be greeted with hot towels. Great idea!

I along with my wife and son stayed here from 26th to 30th May. This time we had decided on try our luck once again to meet the majestic tiger in its natural habitat. All our earlier ventures had drawn negative sightings. Thus we chose Bandhavgarh as it is generally opined that the sightings here are far more than other national parks. The memorable trip came to an exciting end as we were able to have wonderfull sightings on 2 out of six trips. Both the sightings were absolute bliss as we were able to see the majectic lord up close. Rather the first day it followed our jeep for a good 15 minutes.
Add to that the wonderful resort where we decided to stay. All my initial worries were laid to rest. The staff there is excellent and hospitable. Small gestures like welcoming you by your name on the day of your arrival make the day. Rooms were excellent though one small thing that the window ACs installed are not sufficient and they are at the farthest from the beds. Food was homely and my son was a fan of the parathas and rotis. He normally comes out with excuses in trying to eat less but here it was the opposite. One word of advise that if you plan to lose weight do not plan your stay here as the homely food in the hands of excellent staff make sure that you would gain weight. The lush gardens and the pools made up the evenings and overall an excellent place to stay. Worth the money spent.
My apologies to the entire team for writing in late but the entire team of Mr. Gyanendra Tiwari, Mahesh, Harish and their staff THANKS a ton for making our stay memorable and pleasant.

A good resort. Probably would have rated it higher if I was not comparing it to their sister property at Kanha...Chitvan Jungle Lodge, which pampered us even more. If we had visited Tiger's Den first, it would garner full points anyways. The team led by the very able, responsive & friendly manager, Gyanendra is remarkable, includes Mukesh & Harish. They fulfill their promises. The dining area would not have been the same without Manish's personal care & service. The food was good but can be a lot better. The resort is very well maintained with green lawns, gardens, clean swimming pool, hammock, etc. The rooms were clean, fresh and comfortable. Toilet was spacious & clean. Furniture work in the next room disturbed our peace...but same was stopped immediately upon our complaint. We had someone do our bed every time we returned to the room...made us feel good. Proximity to the Tala gate is a real advantage. There are many small shops and eateries close to the resort's gate, but we didn't need them.
And now, the best part is Sanjay the naturalist & driver of Tiger's Den's team of naturalists. With him around, we didn't need a guide. His knowledge of the jungle, birds, animals, reptiles, flora and the history is unimaginable. He shares interesting facts. He has great idea about potential places for sighting. He gives lot of time for photography and will firmly rush you if he is hopeful of action in some other corner of Bandhavgarh. Though Tiger's Den has many great naturalist, we were floored by Sanjay and requested him to join us for all four safaris. A complete package. However, SPA which came at a extra cost was not worth. The SPA had no AC and the massage was just average. But all in all a great resort, with a friendly team, great service and superb naturalists. Total value for money. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I recently (May 13th, 2013 - May 27th, 2013) did a tiger photography tour and stayed at Tiger’s Den. The location was excellent as we were near the Tala entrance to Bandhavgarh. We were very pleased with the lodge in every way. The room was large, which allowed us to spread our gear out after a hot day of safaris. The air conditioner was in good condition, so we were able to sleep very well. We were pleased that the resort had its own backup generator the power did go out frequently.
While we did not take advantage of most of the outdoor amenities (daily highs in the 110 to 115 degree F range), we did appreciate that the grounds were well kept and green. Additionally, we appreciated that grey water was used to water the plants. This was especially nice to keep the grounds green in this hot, dry time of year.
The service was excellent. The rooms were kept neat and clean. We were never interrupted while we were in our room. While we did not get the names of all of the people we met, we want to extend a special thanks of Manish and Milan at the lodge’s restaurant for being hospitable and making sure we were never hungry. Also, we appreciated the chef’s Indian buffet. It gave us a whole new appreciation for Indian cuisine.
Thanks again to the management and staff of Tiger’s Den for everything they do!

I would go back to India in a minute just to fly into Dehli and go straight to Tiger's Den Resort next to Bandhavgarh National Park. The resort may be a little dated but spic and span with 5 star service. EVERYONE was welcoming and bent over backwards to be helpful. Milan was incharge of our dining experience and he was just fabulous...would always ask what we would like and prepared a number of dishes we requested. He would set up breakfast on the manicured lawn outside our room, would make sure our wake-up call at 5:15am was with hot tea, biscuits, and a smile. I have traveled all over the world and stayed in 5 star hotels....but Tiger Resort service was right up there with them.
We had entertainment one evening which was lovely set around an open fireplace after our return from the afternoon safari. Lunches were served in an airy outdoor type of huge cabana...buffet style with a large variety. Dinners were served in a dining hall next to the check in desk...buffet style again with a variety of delicious Indian foods. The front desk manager was wonderful in obtaining our driver...Bammu who has 14 years experience and excellent at tracking...we got to see 5 tigers over 4 days. Sitting about the pool was so relaxing and private...we really felt we were in Paradise! I look forward to returning again soon!
Room Tip: We had cabin 14 which was near the front desk and convenient to everything. Had it's own porch...

1. We (Me and the wife) arrived late at night (the airlines rescheduled the flight from Mumbai by 4 hrs) and guess what hot food waiting for us.Yum..Yum.
2. Spa is the best.. After those bumpy rides of safaris... Excellent ayurvedic treatment for the body and mind.
3. Sit and sip some cold beer (my case) and cold drink (wife) in front of the swimming pool.. Take a plunge.. If u like...
4. Take back a piece of Bandhavgarh … souvenir shop in the campus.. ya believe it.. got a nice tee with tiger on it (not real one)..
5. Panthera tigris tigris – Ops don’t know that.. Enhance your WQ (wildlife quotient) in their library.. Yup all true folks..

This place was paradise. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, the service outstanding, and the food excellent. They could be clearer about the safaris, however. We booked the room first and then called about the safaris and were told that none were available for the days we were staying and we should cancel our reservation (which was nonrefundable). We persisted and found another provider who picked us up at the hotel for two safaris (saw a tiger early on the first --- gate 2, but none on the second --gate 3). The irony was that there were in fact many safari opportunities the days we were there and we were offered a third by the Tiger's Den (but declined) and several other guests added safaris while we were there. So someone at the front desk (we think it was actually the owner who answered the phone!) needs to provide much more accurate information.
Room Tip: Book your safari first. Tala gate has the best chance of seeing a tiger as it has the largest number...

We stayed there in November for 3 nights. Rooms were spacious and clean, the grounds are lovely and well kept and the staff are just perfect. Extremely friendly and helfpul. Special mention goes to Milan who made us feel like we were VIP guests.Food was delicious, too.
The most important things in Bandavgharh are the safaris, though, that´s why you go there. Tiger's Den is the perfect choice in that regard: It´s just a drive of a few minutes to the main entrance to Tala zone, and Jagat, the driver who took us on all our six safaris, was everything you could ask for from a naturalist. Incredibly keen eyes, knew everything about fauna and flora and made perfect decisions, it´s only thanks to him we had the wonderful experience of watching 3 younger tiger cubs of one year for about 45 minutes. Saw the big alpha male Bamera, too, and lots and lots of other wild life.
In short, our stay in Bandhavgarh was everything we hoped it would be.

Definitely up there as one fo the places we would recommend from our trip to India - and YES, we did see some wild tigers! Rooms were of a high standard - about a 4-star room by Western standards i would say but the staff is what made the place. They were always there to lend a hand, were friendly, cooked great meals and really tried hard to make you feel welcome. Our 8 year old HAD to go for a swin in the lovely pool (despite it being the middle of winter) and they made sure everything was out there for her to play with.
We spoke to a number of people who tried different national parks and this small survey would put Bandhavgarh at the top of the list for spotting tigers. Definitely do the full Jungle package including the elephant ride out to the tigers and the elephants are not only a great experience but they can go off the roads and this gives you much better access to see tigers. The elephant rides are very short (basically from the road to the tigers) but without it you would not get nearly as good a view of them.

Just got a sanction for a break from my work schedule, pondering where to head to this summer, snap snap called up friends who recommend go see the tigers in Madhya Pradesh (central state of India) and off I head to one the premier tiger national park known as Bandhavgarh national park in Umaria, Madhya Pradesh.
Landed in Jabalpur airport, greeted by a friendly cab driver and after approx. 3 ½ hours scenic drive through the country side we reached at Tiger's Den resort and was greeted by friendly staff, a chilled welcome drink & a smooth check in. Got a room which overlooks the well maintained garden with many species of plants & trees, the room is spacious with an air conditioning along with a ceiling fan and a big bathroom. So far so good
The resort staff assisted us with the permission required for the jeep safari to the national park where we met with a fantastic naturalist- Sanjay who drove us with a desire and keenness to get us to spot a tiger and voila on day one we get to see two tigers in the morning trip and in the evening trip a tigress walks past us to meet her clubs. Day two, again Sanjay along with guide Vijay Singh guided us and we get to see a tigress along with her month old clubs. Thank you to both Sanjay and Vijay Singh for the exhilarating safaris where we got educated on the park’s history and its rich flora and fauna.
Back to the resort - Not to forget the very tasty food served coupled with excellent service by the ever smiling Mr. Milan as and when demanded whether in the room, the dining hall or the swimming pool. Thank you to all the chefs who met and satisfied my gastronomical desires. The housekeeping guys provided us with clean sheets and towels throughout the stay. Also not to forget the very clean swimming pool and the facilities like clean towels and clean shower area and Tiger's Den resort’s interesting stocked up library.
SOLD Out on the location of the resort (a 5 minutes drive to the park), the clean rooms, the very friendly resort staff members, always scrumptious food served with a smile and the front desk assisting us in the transport to and fro from the airport to resort and back to airport where packed breakfast was provided for the journey. A very happy memorable six days Holiday and once again a THANK YOU to one and all in the Tiger's Den resort.

My husband and I stayed in Tiger's Den as part of a tour of India and some of the National parks. It was arranged via tour operator Hayes and Jarvis so we were expecting a fairly high standard. We were not dissapointed.
We arrived after a very tireing train journey and were made to feel so welcome straight away. All the hotel staff are accomadating and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble and they will go out of their way to accomadate any needs you have. The staff take great pride in their work and are genuinely friendly and love to chat and get to know you. Equally if you are the type of people who prefer to keep themselves to themselves they will not be intrusive at all.
We stayed in a garden view room. I think it was recently refurbished. You will not get the standard of say the Hilton or the Raddison in Agra or Deli, but remember that you are in the middle of nowhere! Air conditioning and fans available and in working order. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels left, despite following the 'hang up if you want to reuse' rule. Linnen was cleaned and changed daily as far as we could tell. Bear in mind that the local laundry is the river so the sheets will not exactly be Daz fresh, but very definately clean and we had no complaints at all. The beds are very firm which seems we found to be standard for India. plenty of blankets if you are cold at night. We were not as we stayed at the beginning of the summer but I believe that it can get cold in the winter. They provided basic toiletries if you wanted to use them and restocked daily. No hairdrier ladies but this I think is to be expected. There was no kettle in the room, but this was not a problem as the staff would bring you drinks to the room if requested.
The food was fabulous. Traditional indian food with western dishes available on request. They operate a wake up call for Safari which leave at about 5.30am in the summer. 6 ish I think in the winter. They will bring tea and/or coffee to the room with some biscuits at a requested time. You return from safari at about 9.30-10 to have breakfast. Plenty of tea/coffee/juice, cereal, pastries, eggs, toast, beans and traditional indian breakfast food. Lunch could be taken in the dining room but the hotel semed to prefer to serve us our lunch in our room at about 2pm. We just had sandwitches and fruit. Other couples had chips and soup and some a full meal. Baisically they will prepare for you what you like if they have it. Dinner is indian food again. soups, followed by beautiful currys, not hot at all, mainly vegatables, chicken and paneer (cottatage cheese-normally I hate this but but was compressed and more like vegatable protien in texture and was yummy) side orders of rice, breads and traditional indian puddings. We had no issues with Deli belly at all. Alcohol was not too expensive considering the prices in the city hotels. We stayed 4 nights and had 1-3 drinks each per night and a few during the day. Our drinks bill came to 2800 rupees (about £40) Water, tea and coffee is free. Water for safari and your room is provided but you will need to ask. We have no special dietary requirements, but if you do they will accomadate as best they can. You can pay your bill with cash or credit card.
The hotel is close to the main park gate, about 5 minutes. Two safaris a day 5am-10am and 4pm-6pm aprox although times vary according to season. If you have not paid extra you will share an open jeep with another couple. Four per jeep including driver and guide. no issues with being able to see at all. Guides and drivers all excellent with good knowledge and excellent sighting abilities! We tipped each guide and driver after each safari as you don't get the same one. We tipped the guide and driver about 100 rupees each which seemed to be well received although I know others tipped more. They tend to stop in the morning in the park for a pit stop where you can buy some tea or coffe and a snack if you wish. There is no problem if you dont want to, but is is so cheap and provides the locals with an income. There are also toilets of typical Indian standard. Safari is very dusty and when the sun came out it was blistering. We wore t shirts and shorts/cropped trousers and sandles. Yoiu do not need boots or anything as you dont get out of the jeeps at all. We took hats and I followed the indian trick of using a sarong to cover my head and arms once the sun was well and truly up. I do not normally suffer from travel sickness but I did feel a bit queasy at times as you do spend alot of time bumping along. I would reccomend some travel sickness tablets as they do help.
In conclusion, this was a fabulous hotel. Yes, they were not as high a quality as the city hotels but considering you are in the middle of nowhere, we were highly impressed with the standard of the facilities. If you are expecting this sort of standard, you have picked the wrong holiday as that is not what these trips are about. We have stayed in Safari lodges in Kenya which were not of this standard (although good) and they have been catering for the tourist trade for alot longer. We would happily return and would not hesitate to reccomend this to anyone.

Our family visited Bandhavgarh and stayed at Tigers Den the weekend gone by. We arrived by train and the Hotel arranged for a pick up at Katni Station which is like 110 kms ( 2 hours car ride) from the Resort. At the Hotel we were given a warm welcome by the Hotel Staff and provided with a welcome drink.
We stayed in Room No 102. Our room was very comfortable and nicely done with King Size poster bed and other heavy wooden furniture. The room had nice tapestry, colour scheme and cushions. The walls were embellished with painting and design. The flooring was of italian marble. An attractively carved wooden wardrobe and a refrigerator was placed in a small ante room. Normal lights as well as mood lighting was provided in the rooms. As we were a family of 4, an additional bed was provided to us. Televisions in the room have not been provided as the idea is to draw you away from the city life and bring you closer to nature and the wild. The bathroom was HUGE and nicely done with hot and cold water and sufficient number of towels.
The room had a verandah outside which served as a sit out area for morning and evening tea or just to laze by. The resort has numerous trees , plants and manicured lawns. One could find a number of birds and butterflies inside the property. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was served in the main restaurant. The food served is mainly Indian and was of very high quality. The dishes were tasty and delicious. They didn't taste like restaurant food at all and were closer in taste to home made stuff.
The Tiger Safari experience was excellent. On our morning safari we enjoyed the jungles, saw a number of deers, elephants, birds, etc but Mr Tiger did not oblige us. So even though the experience was nice we were a tad disappointed in not having sighted the Tiger. So for the evening safari the Hotel provided us with another naturalist Sanjay and ( unknown to us) gave him directions to try his best to sight the Tiger for us. For two hours we roamed in the jungles failing to spot the Tiger. Just when we were giving up hopes and getting resigned to not spotting the Tiger yet again, Sanjay heard and instantly recognized the alarm-call of the Sambal Deer. He stopped the jeep dead on its track and almost jumped up and started peering into the jungle. His trained eyes spotted the stripes in the distance inside the jungle. We tracked the Tiger and eventually saw it cross the dirt track and a nullah from a distance of about 10 metres!!!It was a most amazing and awesome sight. Later on we sighted the shy brother of the first Tiger as it too crossed the dirt track and the nullah. As the Tigers disappeared into the thicket Sanjay directed us to another clearing some distance away and told us that most likely the Tigers will emerge from there. We again saw those two Tigers in all their glory.
After the safari at the Hotel we are met by the staff with wet towels to wipe our faces and hands. The most amazing thing was the warm and friendly service provided by the staff led by their manager Gyanendra who went to amazing lengths to make the guests feel comfortable. Its truly remarkable considering that the staff is drawn from the neighboring villages and have no formal training in the hospitality industry. We visited the place in the off season but during the main season they set up outdoors live kitchen and have dance performances etc. I will recommend this place for a great safari and wildlife experience and a comfortable and relaxing stay

Again, many thanks, Sharad!
Udaipur seems less congested, less aggressive than other areas we have visited. If this be so, I will leave our daughter in India with more peace in my mind. i'm enjoying a few travel-less days here at the Rang Niwas Palace reading and resting and eating. Night-before-last we concluded that the best service we have found in all India was at the Tiger's Den Bandhavgarh. When I have my own computer I'll write the Trip Advisor and cc you. BTW, if it were advertised that having a driver is enormously useful for visitors and affordable, many first time visitors to India would be well served. What we need is comfort about the qualities of the driver: trust, ability, knowledge. Just the peace of mind of having a driver and guide was wonderful. Plus we did more different things, got off the beaten path, changed our journey, and had someone who could make things work for us. If there were a guide-service website with testimonials and references, I would immediately go there next time I do India. I know I will start with you.
Again, our sincere appreciation.
We would like to thank you for the excellent service that you provided us with before and during our recent trip to India. From the point of booking Yogesh was extremely efficient and dealt with all of my holiday queries quickly and accurately. This excellent level of service continued when we arrived in India. Mangeet who met us at the airport and stayed with us until we boarded the train was very helpful and made us feel very welcome to India. I could continue to list all the aspects of what was arranged for us because it was all of a first class standard. Thank you.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in India and at the Tiger's Den resort where the standard was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly recommend your company to other people wishing to travel to India. In addition we had many wonderful sightings of tigers during our stay !
Having really enjoyed our trip and visiting Tala I would be interested in trying to develop a link with the local village school. Do you have any ideas as to how I could do this ? If not I can always write to Tiger's Den directly and ask for their help - am I right in thinking that they do not have an email connection but do they have a fax line perhaps?. It is not a problem if not because I can always write a letter to them . What I was hoping to do was to get to know a member of staff at the school by writing to him/her and asking if there are items of stationery or other resources that the school needs and to help them out by sending these out from the UK. I would be interested in knowing whether you think that this would work. Having enjoyed our trip so much and having been made to feel so welcome by the people I would like to show our thanks on a practical level if at all possible.
Thank you and kind regards,

Dear Shailendra, Back in Australia from my excellent research trip of Rajasthan and Central India, I wish to thank you sincerely for the time you took in showing me your excellent property, and for the wonderful service that my husband and I were offered whilst staying at the Tiger's Den Resort. I was very impressed with your professionalism, and with your staff, and all the little extra things that added to a very memorable stay for us - made even more unforgettable by the excitement of seeing 6 tigers !
My India consultant and I are now working on incorporating Tiger's Den Resort into more of our itineraries, so we look forward to sending you many clients in the near future. Of course as you know, our tour operator in India is SITA, so all bookings would be made through them.
SITA are actually in the process of organising an educational of Rajasthan in April 2006 for our top 10 travel agents - from top agencies around Australia, and I am going to highly recommend to these agents that they consider doing a short tour of Central India at their expense. Of course this extra tour would include a stay at Tiger's Den Resort which will be very beneficial for these agents to have the experience of staying there. As soon as we know how many agents will take this extra tour, SITA will contact you to make reservations, so hopefully you can offer a very preferential rate.
Thanking you once again. Kind regards,

It was a pleasure to stay in your Resort from 14 until 17 November 2005. Thank you for a most enjoyable stay. The food and accommodation was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will always remember our stay here. We will certainly recommend it to our friends. Excellent service !! Many thanks.
Next time Bandhavgarh is next time Tiger's Den Resort. You gave us the most beautiful souvenir: The 3 CDs. Thank you for that. And of course we saw The Royal Bengal Tiger in Bandhavgarh NP.
With Kind Regards,

We want to thank you for a wonderful time at the Tiger’s Den and Bandhavgarh….
We are still (after being home 2 weeks) glowing about the great time that we had seeing the tigers. The park, coupled with your wonderful facilities and outstanding food…..
what a way to spend time in India. Our trip to Kajuharo went very well…
We had left at 0500 and were at the airport by 10:15…..actually way too early for the 13:40 flight…
We recruited the services at the airport of a taxi driver to take us to see the temple complex in the town --- we had about 90 minutes to walk around before returning to the airport for the flight.
May I suggest that for future guests that are transferring to the airport, that maybe you can make arrangements for them to stop at the temple complex (time allowing)….before going to the airport….
The box breakfast and lunches were great….
You have a jewel at Tiger’s Den…good luck in the future….
Regards, Paul Backstrom

It is a true Oasis at Bandhavgarh. Wonderful, spacious rooms and bath. The best part is the loving, gentle, attentive care given by the staff. Anyone wanting the best there is, will be delighted with Tiger's Den.

We have just returned from our India trip which was most successful. A significant part of that success was the stay at Tigers Den Resort. The standard of service provided by Shailendra and his team was first class and the attention to detail way above some of the well known branded 5 star hotels. We also got some good views of Tigers in addition to other animals in the park which was a bonus also. Thanks for your assistance with this booking.
A most enjoyable and memorable stay. The courteous and personal attention paid to us by all the staff has made us feel very much at home. The food was great and the dining service was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable, the surroundings peaceful and quiet, so we slept well. Our visit to Bandhavgarh has been a true highlight of our month long tour of India - including sighting of 7 Tigers.
- Dave and Marcia Miller
This was the highlight of our Indian trip. Mr. Shailendra Tiwari and his wife took care of us and made our staying here a kind of festival. Everything was in best order, Tiger's Den is a wonderful resort - and we compare this with our nights in Palaces and hotels with 5 stars and 4 stars. We felt to be cared by mother. The park was wonderful and the staff did everything to provide the best for us. Food and service excellent. We can recommend Tiger's Den warmly and we will, to all our friends.

It was a beautiful stay here in Tiger's Den Lodge Bandhavgarh. The national park with its Tiger reserve is a fascinating side which helps to preserve the kingdom of the worlds most impression ant animals, his majesty, the King Tiger . Thank you for your hospitality.

Thank you very much for an excellent installment of our holiday here in India. Our holiday prior to Bandhavgarh had started off quite poorly but since arriving hear we have been very well looked after and could not asked for more from the staff . This has now set us up to enjoy the rest of our holiday. If any one is reading this I would wholeheartedly recommend the Tiger's Den Resort and if we come back India it would be the first place we would look to book up . In summary , excellent service from meals through to game drives and best of all - some Tiger ! All the best & many thanks,
